DMCA Policy
Municipales Premier Tour respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Municipales Premier Tour service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that copyrighted material has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Site, you may submit a notification of alleged copyright infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent. - A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [Jurisdiction, e.g., the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Municipales Premier Tour may be found] and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
